he's not due to command a significant annual salary, so you try to get the longest commitment you can from him and hope that with vastly improved instruction he'll make good on his considerable talent again what other available pitchers are capable of 1 BB, 15 K games? -
they already have five 5-star recruits and soon to be six, they should just let him hang around and hire better coordinators or something; it's not like USC has a proud history of ethics he's jeopardizing

Honestly, I'm not. Neither am I. The Cubs seem way to conservative right now and there too many teams willing to drop stupid money. 2nd best bid on Cespedes, 2nd best bid on Darvish, best bid on Soler, (rumored) best bid on Puig, and of course Concepcion yeah, we're just being way too conservative with our monetary offers to international talent

I am not even sure why they are ranked ahead of Michigan. I would imagine that Michigan is at least a touchdown favorite in that game. we're 13.5 pt favorites, which does seem a little batty
