  1. hate Shawn Estes, Alex Gonzalez, Todd Hollansworth, Jose Hernandez
  2. career: +2.5 fWAR in LF -1.1 fWAR in CF i think he's probably still an acceptable cheap starter in LF, but he's simply not been a viable CF, and that's where he'd need to fit in to have a role here long-term he doesn't have much use as a 4th OF if he can't PH, can only field one spot (albeit very, very well) and it's not CF, so i guess we probably just trade him in the next calendar year if a cash-strapped team makes a half-way decent offer
  3. that most definitely was not a changeup, mr. announcer can we start calling Soler 'Beast Tools' again
  4. i like the creepy grimace Parker makes when he pitches well
  5. i don't like the creepy grimace Parker makes when he pitches
  6. boy this guy really earns his Jumbo nickname edit: <3
  7. man, i'd loved to have seen a Rizzo-Chapman bout
  8. ok, so Baker can't frame for [expletive] either
  9. I think there's a pretty good chance Wada pitches better than Wood these next three months. I like his fastball and change/forkball combo better than Wood's 85 mph cutter and questionable offspeeds. Wood's fine; 5.4 fWAR (or 6.3 using RA9) in his last 50 starts will attest
  10. tell me more about Strasburg's FRO
  11. I appreciate people not blocking ads, actually. i never considered doing so until they started making sound you can't even pause or mute you really gotta ditch these
  12. his last, like 5-6 Ks, have been on the change i feel like
  13. Jacob Gatewood: .228/.262/.263 (24 K) thru 57 ABs
  14. couple IF pop-ups too, i'd obviously like for that to be a regular thing updated dream: latter-career Jered Weaver
  15. he only plated 2 on the double, the other was on medium-depth SF
  16. so, he just hit the ball with more authority to the opposite field than Barney ever has in his entire career (if we are to compare the two)
