Is it a situation where not qualifying might be the best thing long term, just to force the US to make changes? Absolutely not. Failing to qualify would be a complete catastrophe for the game here. It wouldn't be a fatal blow, but it would be a massive monetary and prestige blow that would have a far more negative affect than tolerating this idiot for the rest of the cycle. The best case is we win tomorrow and then get absolutely stomped in the Copa America and go out in the group stage. If we were to go 0-3 with like a -6 GD that *might* be enough to get Jurgen canned. And we aren't going to lose tomorrow. We may look like crap, and play turgid garbage soccer, but we'll still win 3-1. We won't lose to Guatemala at home.
