It would be like what happens now if you put the DH into the field. The pitcher's spot takes the place of the DH in the lineup, so the DH is removed, but the player at DH can stay in the game by changing positions. -
I don't like when the crowd is so quiet/small that you can hear the idiots yelling the whole time. It's best to only hear the occasional well-placed idiot.

If there were a 2nd DH added to the AL, would overall offense go up, down or stay the same? I'd think there may be more lackluster defenders that would be moved to DH than bench bats who would replace the worst hitting position player. -

I could see Vogelbach added to the 40 man and a September call-up to give a bench bat and then moving into the role described above starting at some point next year. Could be fun. -
