  1. Just thought i'd add more to this thread before it is "locked". What a thread it has been!
  2. Why aren't you locking this damned thread! I secretly want this thread to cross the 300 page plateau. That way we can say we talked about nothing for 300 pages. Hey, If thats the case than let me help the cause!
  3. Oh man, I cant help but feel bad for him. Its gotta hurt alot!
  4. Since i am to lazy to go back and read the past several pages in this thread. Can someone get me up to date on whats happenning? PLEASE!!!
  5. He'd likely do less damage in the NHL, too. Drafting, signing and trading for guys he knows nothing about might be better than knowing what he's getting and making deals to get them anyway. lol agreed!!!
  6. Article: http://www.rotoworld.com/content/features/column.aspx?sport=MLB&columnid=3&articleid=29767 Where do I sign for that line??? Jason Kendall is in the NL Central. I'll be pissed if Soto only steals one base all season. :D lol... agreed...
  7. there are the very few good Latroy memories that i remember at times, like the 9 pitches 3 ks inning against the Marlins once... and ofcourse there are the VERY BAD Latroy memories... which i dont want to get to...
  8. lol, man that hurt, but its so true... :D
  9. day by day... kenny just gets more interesting in what he says.
  10. FWIW, Bruce Levine stated that he knows Stone declined a fulltime TV booth offer by the Sox that would have paid him $600,000 per season (I can't remember how long the proposal was for). Anyway, my guess is that Stone is holding out for the Cubs job (speculation is that new ownership may make changes in the booth OR Stone could be leaving himself available for the "consultant" position, that he's been lobbying for, within the new ownership group). just wondering... how much do people in the booth normally make?
  11. i really think this is a really good deal for the Tigers... especially since there are really bad pitchers out there getting way more...
  12. i agree with that, its a pretty good move for the White Sox...
  13. beats me, lol there are 60+ pages for Brian Roberts...
  14. i don't really see it. if it was JH, fick would have a guaranteed MLB contract and davanon would be our starting OF. rite guys? jim hendry sucks? did i do that right? man that brings back memories of the old Jim... wait, hold it, i never said hes not totally gone... he may still be somewhere here... 8-[
  15. lol, at first when i read that i thought it said "Something happened already!!!"
  16. when i wonder what Hendry would give up for Roberts, it kind of reminds of what the Cubs gave for Juan Pierre. Mitre, Nolaso and Pinto... really makes me wonder what he'd give for Roberts...
