  1. I'd say that's about right for a used baseball.
  2. I love the old baseball conventional "wisdom" statements that make absolutely no sense.
  3. dropping down can be effective if it's not done with much consistency. i've seen z use it to his advantage before. I agree for the most part. It's something that Jeff Weaver, when successful, is able to do effectively. For Zambrano, I think it's mostly a matter of being lazy. I mean, if the guy can notice that he's throwing out of the wrong slot and correct it just by adjusting mentally, you gotta think that the only reason it's happening is he's just letting his arm take the path of least resistance. That's my hypothesis anyhow. good one
  4. weird, I also thought that it was LINEcum until this thread. ditto
  5. I rarely watch it anyway. I don't mind the guest conductors when I actually catch them.
  6. Yes, ours are round.
  7. I agree, what a bonehead decision. Cost us the game today. :? We won some games with Dusty coaching too. Doesn't mean he made nothing but good decisions in those. Edit: I am upset I haven't seen Lou get tossed yet, though. He's waiting until May 28. I'm pretty sure he's waiting for June 1.
  8. What does MLB do about marijuana going forward?
  9. Yeah, I saw that during the game and it cracked me up. I love that parrot.
  10. From the chat with Nate: 1. Andrew Lopez 2. Alfred Joseph 3. DJ Lewis
