Wow. How did they argue that? Some of his piss spilled from the cup and the tech caught it with another cup. Obviously, when that happens, adderall floating around in the atmosphere can easily find its way into the cup. I think the bigger issue was the way the guy taking the sample handled reporting it. From what I've heard, he didn't report it at all, then denied it happened when first questioned before he finally fessed up to the actual story. Sherman still probably cheated, but I don't have a big problem with it being tossed because of the poor execution of testing protocol.
