    Derrick Goold and various twitter responders were getting quite upset at Willson after his homer yesterday. Apparently he kissed his bicep? Huh, interesting. Goold is usually pretty reasonable when it comes to that stuff and definitely is in the make baseball fun again group.

    It seems to be a committee situation with a lean towards Rosenthal at the moment, but I'm not sure Matheny could articulate what his plan really is.

    Tons of swing and miss but then again, Tommy Pham has a 140 wRC+ this year after spending parts of 11 seasons in the minors. So you know this guy is the next Judge. Eh, Pham has an eye thing and is blind some days and can see great others. He's gonna be a tough guy to figure out. Plus he's been various kinds of injured over the years.

    I would assume this is in deference to Lester's preference to get back on to a normal rest schedule after getting 7 days rest over the ASB, while saving Quintana's arm a little after he had WBC innings this spring. I'd bet it has more to do with making sure Quintana doesn't have to pitch against the White Sox 2 weeks after being traded.

    Wait until everyone realizes Paredes is better than both Gleyber and Jimenez. Throw in someone being a somebody between Albertos/Lange/Marquez plus the usual role player supply and we goooood, chillin' n horsefeathers. Ha! One of those jokers referred to this as a desperation move! :roll:
