To me the only guy I'd take over him right now is Ben McLemore. But then again, I thought Andre Drummond would suck in the NBA.

i read the other day that Magic Johnson was the last B1G player to reach 17 pts & 7 assists for a season Burke's sitting at 17.9/7.1 right now Yeah John Groce mentioned this. That's decent company I guess. Any chance he comes back next year?

That was by far the best game he has ever played for us. Also I was on the court before the game and near him, he's a midget. I can't believe how much smaller he is than what I thought.

Eh, I remember how awesome the Sacto crowd was even when the kings sucked. I hate seeing them leave. There's still what, three California teams? *shrug* The only time I remember the Kings being relevant was during the Chris Webber era. Yeah they've been awful, but as cubs fans we cant really use that as a reason to move a team that's well supported.

It's going to be a tough game, especially with how lackluster our O has been. I've been impressed by MacGruder from what I've seen. I am baffled as to how Weber has been successful this year. Is his problem simply recruiting a balanced roster? Well right now we have a sg forced into playing point guard in Abrams, Paul and Richardson who are two shooting guards, Griffey who is a shooting guard trapped in a fours body. Egwu who is a four. Off the bench we have Bertrand and Henry, two shooting guards, and Langford who I guess is a three. None of those shooting guards are really a good shooter, with the exception of Paul, so yeah I'd say Bruce struggles with how to build a roster. And even Paul takes so many dumb shots he doesn't shoot the percentage he should. Edit, oh and we also could still have Crandall head, another shooting guard that can't shoot. I'm not sure how Bruce though this roster was a good idea. Even with a non crazy Richmond and Leonard back we'd still get beaten to death by zones. Plus after having crazy success with two point guards at once, he on recruited a couple ofmhalf point guards in the 8 years since then in McCamey and Abrams.

Step your game up. This guy has laid the groundwork, you need to top it. during the 2008 olympics i almost got on a LA radio station pretending to be jason lezak Lol. I feel like someone needs to do this to a coach now. But use a recruit as the bait.

They have been fairly unlucky with injuries as well. He's not that far off from getting some recruits at the Bo Ryan-level more consistently. I'm actually a Carmody fan. A couple highly-regarded guys coming in next year, too, including a top 100 guy. Half of the fanbase absolutely wants Carmody gone, though. I think Carmody is a quality coach. Sucks he hasn't made a tourney though. He got a bad break thou when cobble never came back to that very good team.

I think it's pretty obvious this is the family falling on the sword for the superstar athlete trying to get his first big payday. There are just too many holes in his story and his logic to believe any of this.

You gotta hand it to weber, he recruited five top 150 shooting guards. None of which are good shooters.

Richardson in particular. Worthless. What a shameful display this game has been. What is Griffey bringing to the table? Can't guard anyone, can't rebound, doesn't make shots.

I'm going to the game Tuesday. Good chance I'll get thrown out, for booing our guys. If Groce keeps playing the seniors at all cost I'm going to be done with him pretty soon. These guys have had four years to prove they can't get it done when it matters. Let's give the young kids big minutes and get ready for next year.
