He worked a full count before striking out. Patience wasn't the problem there. Besides swinging at ball 4 twice. Yeah, you are right. So, in an 8 pitch AB, he swings at one ball. Patience wasn't the problem. The first pitch he offered at wasn't a strike either. Plus his hacks are very late. I don't know if he is not picking the ball up or what.

Yep, Wuertz and Lieber aren't at all at fault. :roll: Wuertz didn't really do anything wrong. He came in and got a couple ground balls... it's not his fault they weren't hit at anybody. those weren't ground balls. The second one was a rope.
