  1. What about when Wisky panstes us again on Friday?
  2. They are still around, they just followed with the coach who put that team together.
  3. It's pretty amazing. I cannot believe there aren't at least some articles saying anything about him being on the hot seat.
  4. I saw Burr and Rick Hartzell and knew the game was going to be an officiating disaster. Honestly I thought they helped us out some. We shot more free throws today than we have hell ever. I just don't get how Weber keeps his job. At first we didn't have talent so we had to give him a pass even though recruiting is part of the job he's paid millions of dollars to do. Now we have talent and we are poor coached and unmotivated. When is someone in the media gonna start taking him to task? He's a clown that is the very real example of the Peter Principle.
  5. If Jereme Richmond isn't starting from day one next year I hope Bruce Weber gets hit by a car.
  6. Na sulley, it was the three years that we decided to not recruit anyone besides DMac.
  7. We really don't deserve to go to the tournament.
  8. DMac is so gone.
  9. Jim Burr is a joke.
  10. Get Mike Davis out, their 6 foot point guard just got two boards over him.
  11. Lol, Weber's done a great job with the program. Because I feel pretty much the same way.
  12. I think a Keaton Nankivil 33-foot shot to close the half is one of the generally acceptable shots to let them have. It's not like it was a Bohannon spot-up 3 or anything. No shot is acceptable when you have fouls to give and 5 seconds left. None. You are asking for that to happen. And if you foul someone facing the basket in that spot you run the risk of giving them 3 free throws or a 4 point play. Not really, just wrap em up as soon as they catch the ball. Time would have ran out. That was piss poor coaching out of a timeout, but it isn't suprising.

  15. We had three fouls to give and instead gave up a 3. I hate Bruce Weber and his jr. high coaching ability.
  16. Nor is a .275 when you add it too a .400 obp and a .600 slugging.
  17. when your head is more wrinkled than your balls, you've got a problem. You know what his balls look like, what is he Sherron Collins in an elevator?
  18. Diving catch running in on a dying fly ball. A better LFer would have caught it running, but a lot of them would have let it drop too. Jake Fox would have probably killed himself falling for it.
  19. Or started smoking crack. In which case, bravo geo. That's going way above and beyond. My money is on heroin. That seems to be the drug that leaves celebrities in amazing shape so long as they don't end up dead. Could be. I hope he goes all like Bubbles from the Wire. Just stealing the show each week.

  21. I disagree. It's been great as far as I'm concerned. Silva was horrid (which is a GOOD thing at this point) and soriano had a nice defensive play. I like what I've seen. At this point, the Cubs should just cut him. You've already sunk the money, all he can be is a detriment to the team. That's not our M.O. look at Miles last year.
  22. But, imagine the horror of poor Theriot having to play with such a big meanie.
  23. I think Henry or Aldrich will be better. Henry has more star potential. I doubt Aldrich will be great, but I think he'll play in the NBA for a long time because of his D and rebounding. I love Marcus, but I think his size and athleticism will hurt him in the NBA. Aldrich, imo, is gonna flop and hard. No offensive moves and not very atheletic. Plus I think he will be in foul trouble a lot. I think it's possible. But if Greg Ostertag can have a long career, so can Cole. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out. Ostertag wasn't a lotto pick though. I think Alrdich probably will be. I do think Cole will make a good living, just never be lottery pick good.
  24. Yeah, the guy had as much talent as anybody and should be filthy rich by now.
