Why does everybody hate me here? I'm a Cubs fan just like all of you. it might have something to do with you saying that you couldn't decide which outcome to pull for - the rangers winning tonight (in which case the cubs' most bitter rival has a zero percent chance of winning the world series), or the cardinals winning tonight (in which case you get to go to a baseball game, but the cardinals have at least a 50 percent chance of winning the world series). It's a game 7 ... it's on every sports fan's bucket list. So go next year, when we win it all....

This is why this ass clown needs off the national broadcasts. Why not have the Pacers guys do NBA games and say, "hey there's the best ever." As they show Reggie Miller. I'm pretty sure he was calling him the best cardinal ever, since they were talking about Pujols being on of the best cardinals ever when they showed that video. Oh ok, and wtf Texas?

Anyone else have a kid who loves "1877kars4kids" because of WGN radio broadcasts? She gets so angry if I mute that. Lol I don't do the radio, my daughter is big friends in her mind with Eric Hosmer and Mike Moustakas as they have signed many items for her and given her high fives. My buddies love seeing her stuff, they always ask her who her favorite Royal is. She always says King Lion, referring to Slugger. Kids are something else. I like Hosmer too... He's a cool dude, wish he was a Cub. Kid can rake.

Haha, no you're not. My wife gets mad at me for being a grinch. I guess she gets a jeans day at work or some dumb [expletive] like that if they win it all. Wife doesn't understand how I can be so passionately against another team. Some crap about how I should be happy if the Cardinals win because most of the people we know are Cardinals fans. My wife is a Cardinal fan from St. Louis. Her dad thinks he's gonna dress my son up in Cardinal gear. I told him I'd smack the crap out of him if he did that to my kid, I wasn't joking. Aside from my father (who got his MBA at UW), my blood relatives are all huge Packer/Badger fans. I haven't gotten my daughter to recognize the Badgers as villains, but she knows the Cardinals (Arizona, too) are bad guys and is half-way towards that point with the Packers. My daughter sings go cubs go, the song is awful. But, it's ok when you're 4.
