    I didn't go through all the pages on this thread, but has anyone else mentioned that the guy has only exceeded 400 AB's twice in his 9 year career (516 in 04, 414 in 08).

    Auburn fans have to be pisssssed. Strange hire. Usually when someone moves up in a position it is because they've succeeded in a lesser one. Given Auburn's offensive ineptitude, seems like Mullen would have been a good choice.

    Thank Reggie Bush for motivating our defense after that taunt and then somersault into the end zone 3 years ago. I'm pretty sure the Bears still think of that when they go against the Saints. Speaking of which, did anyone else notice that the 2-3 times that Urlacher was in on tackles on Reggie he didn't offer him a hand getting up? Kinda made me chuckle after the 2nd time I saw it happen. I highly, HIGHLY doubt it makes that much of difference. It might be evident when seeing Urlacher not help Bush up or something of that sort, but to think that something that occurred two years ago is capable of making players run faster and make smarter decisions or something is silly.

    Let me preface what I'm about to write by saying that Vandy doesn't count in these discussions...they are the odd man out in the SEC as everyone already knows. Anyways, it's a combination of several things make Miss St the least desirable SEC job; average facilities, least wealthy and smallest fanbase, no history, and easily the worst city in the SEC. Partially because he sucked since day 1.

    Special teams isn't a problem anymore. Did you miss where I said our latest kicker is 11-11? They've also had a kick blocked, which is never good. That blocked kick was mostly due to Gramatica's dumbass. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPRStyDjJWc ugh, watching that highlight again pretty much sums up everything about the Saints. That's how they lose.

    Guess it's a real crap shoot when you appoint a coordinator to an SEC head coaching job. On the one hand you have Mark Richt and on the other you have Ed Orgeron.
