  1. Cards about 2 minutes from getting the #4 pick if they lose, but they have the ball and are driving, which could bump them to 5th or 6th.
  2. Might be 8 depending on results of strength of schedule.
  3. If Fields was a good QB, those Packer WRs would be covered.
  4. Stevenson has made two drive altering plays, but has been poor in coverage today overall. Keeps losing his man on anything more than 5 yards.
  5. Look, it's defensive penetration and good things happened.
  6. Two guys looking for someone to block while a Packer lineman comes right up the middle and gets to Fields before the dropback completes.
  7. So help me if they call a draw here.
  8. Refs had to have a conference to make sure it was OK to call a penalty on the Packers.
  9. Maybe the 10th time you call that 2nd down draw it'll gain yards.
  10. Any other QB in the league that's a penalty.
  11. I guess that counts as the team's first defensive stop?
  12. He's not in bounds when he has possession,
  13. Another "what a throw by Love" where the receiver was so open I could've thrown a completion.
  14. I think it's far more likely all 3 are retained than all 3 are replaced.
  15. Didn't have the angle for the line drive, either needed Kmet to keep going inside or throw it with more loft.
  16. Maybe it'll work the 9th time, Getsy.
  17. I don't think the run up the middle on 2nd and long is working today. Maybe the 8th time they do it it'll work.
  18. Stevenson today bailing out the Bears D twice already.
  19. I am so tired of the Tampa 2 defense. Sagging back and holding out for turnovers is not a good defensive plan long-term, and doesn't work at all when the front 4 can't get any pressures.
  20. Yeah, he should have thrown it to the none receivers that were open as soon as his dropback finished because 0 of the 5 rushers were blocked. Kyle is lcownshoes, don't acknowledge anything he says, it's all a stupid bit he does because he's endlessly bored.
  21. Nobody open fast enough, 5 pass rushers on 6 blockers, and 5 different guys at least get a hand on Fields. Pass blocking is not there today, and defensive backfield doing nothing, leads to a bad combo.
  22. "Great throw by Love" - There was no Bears defender within 15 yards of the receiver.
  23. When people are looking for reasons to bag on Fields, these are they plays they complain about without considering the context.
  24. DVOA ratings have moved to a new site, so I haven't been staying updated on them this season, but I was curious how the Bears were faring since I thought they'd been playing much better of late, and here are the weighted DVOA ratings (games most recent weighted most heavily, falling off after 8 games) as of the start of week 18: 1. Ravens 2. 49ers 3. Bills 4. Dolphins 5. Cowboys 6. Chiefs 7. Bears 8. Lions 9. Browns 10. Jaguars 11. Steelers 12. Texans 13. Eagles 14. Raiders 15. Bengals 16. Bucs 17. Seahawks 18. Rams 19. Saints 20. Packers 21. Broncos 22. Colts 23. Vikings 24. Chargers 25. Patriots 26. Falcons 27. Jets 28. Titans 29. Cardinals 30. Giants 31. Commanders 32. Panthers
  25. Criticize Fields all you like, but I have to say the Bears did dodge that bullet in last year's draft. For sure I'd rather have Fields, Moore, Stevenson, Wright, and this year's #1 pick than Bryce Young.
