  1. So because of the washed up, bullpen-battler signing the Cards are going to the series? Hmm. Well, makes sense to me! im pretty sure he was sarcastic.
  2. the guy is obviously new here, we've all been noobs before. I really don't think he was attacking the board itself.
  3. I submit for your approval Nick chainsaw Smith. I'll second this. How can a person so tall be so bad?
  4. yeah his defense is not that good.
  5. lets not talk about the Packers until April 28, ty :)
  6. Illinois Northwestern isn't really a rivalry. I'm pretty sure Jon was talking about NU-Wisky. And I agree with you, Illinois-NU really isn't a rivalry besides the teams being in the same state.
  7. maybe if they stuck Vasher on Smith, they would've at least limited him.
  8. Charles Tillman is bad against fast, shifty wideouts. He can cover the Moss type wideouts who are bigger, but not as quick. No idea why Riviera put him on Smith. In fact, I have no idea why Smith wasn't double teamed from the start. Make DeShaun I'm Soft Foster beat you. What an idiotic game plan bu Chico, who might have kept himself here after today's crapfest. exactly. I was wondering the whole game why Vasher wasn't on Smith. My friends who I watched the game with, who are big Bears fans, also wondered this too. after today's game, I really wonder if Chico will get the Rams job.
  9. Charles Tillman was awful. The Bears really need another CB to compliment Vasher.
  10. yep me too.
  11. cmon refs give it to us just for the heck of it.
  12. time to give it to Ben here.
  13. and pretty bad defense gives the Pacers the lead with a little under 4 seconds to play.
  14. dang it, Redskins aren't looking good in this one.
  15. Iowa wins 80-76 :x
  16. 1:01 left in the Iowa-PSU game and PSU leads 73-72. Game is on WCIU if anyone wants to see the last minute.
  17. Carolina stopped Tiki Barber pretty handily. If they play as well as they did last week, the running game for the Bears probably will be non existant. i haven't heard much about Foster...more so Steve Smith, but Grossman has definitely been the guy receiving the most attention on the Bears side, and deservedly so since he wasn't even in the game they played during the regular season.
  18. nope I haven't lost interest in them. Another great effort by the offense tonight. Toronto sure has some shooters on that team..I gotta admit I was pretty scared when they cut the 22 point lead down to 2. Minnesota is next for the Bulls on Wednesday. Let's go to the Target Center and get win #4 in a row :D
  19. I guarantee that if Carolina wins, Thomas Jones will have had under 50 rushing yards just as Tiki did. That's the only way we can win. I also agree with Sulley re: Fox's adjustments. The Panthers beat two teams who'd beaten them in the regular season last time they made the playoffs (Dallas and Philly). I expect, if nothing else, this game to be much better than the last one. i also gurantee that if Carolina wins, Delhomme will either have 1 INT or 0 INT's.
  20. looks like since I'm the Nascar fan, I have to root for the Panthers. What a shame
  21. #1 is in for a tough game tonight against Wake Forest. If Justin Gray is on tonight, Duke could be in trouble.
  22. 2nd half underway...lets go Bengals.
  23. Only took Skiles two months to figure out that Deng and Gordon belong in the starting lineup. :D this is definitely the lineup that gives us the best chance to win games. I wonder what Skiles is going to do when Chandler is 100%...Harrington has been playing well and before Chandler got hurt, he was playing pretty poorly. Raptors next on Monday...looking ahead on the schedule, we can make up a ton of ground this month if we can actually play well at home. Let's keep winning :D
