  1. I don't get why this is a good thing. Yeah, it sucks ass. I have no rooting interest at all in the tournament this year.
  2. Is making the NIT really that big of a deal?
  3. I like how there's absolutely no mention of the buzzer beater on ESPN's front page. Par for the course. Nothing like having a 30-8-11 line when you only shoot 8/22 from the floor. That'll work.
  4. I'd say it would be a small upset if the Bulls made a move at the deadline.
  5. What option do they have, though? Maybe Allen, but I think Mayo and Crawford are realistic targets. Mayo is not a realistic option as long as Heisley is the owner of the Grizzlies. Damn it, I keep on forgetting about the beef that the Memphis owner has with JR. Scratch that. Gordon would be a good option. He's overpaid, so I'm not sure what we'd have to give up to match the salaries but we know that he can actually knock down an open shot. I'd trust him more than Rip right now.
  6. What option do they have, though? Maybe Allen, but I think Mayo and Crawford are realistic targets.
  7. He barely bumped his shoulder and he looked like he was in severe pain. I'm sure we won't see him for another few weeks.
  8. I think it's time to trade for an actual 2 guard. I don't think I'm overreacting by saying you can't depend on Rip come April and May.
  9. Keith Moreland is a terrible listen. Poor Pat.
  10. We just beat them in their building. Who's worried?
  11. Agreed. I'm not worried about them either. The Bulls played a pretty bad first half defensively. Rose and Boozer were really the only two players to do anything of note on offense and they were only down by 6 at the half on the road.
  12. If we're worried about Philly, we have absolutely no chance of beating Miami this year.
  13. Not a good job of closing, but a win's a win. I don't know how we ran out of timeouts or why Taj was in at the end of the game, but it doesn't matter now. Nice win tonight.
  14. I'd love Frank Martin. You could do much worse than that.
  15. Judging by Q's quotes, it's sounding more and more like Toews will miss the rest of the regular season.
  16. At this point, Emery has to be the #1 goalie for the rest of the season unless he totally implodes.
  17. [expletive] YES Would've been nice if this move was made last year so we didn't have to completely throw away another season, but it's better late than never.
  18. Everything I've read about Oduya is that he's not physical at all. Bummer. We got a younger Sean O'Donnell.
  19. That Bears-Vikings game was on a Monday, wasn't it?
  20. I don't think there's a more useless player in the league than Korver when he's not making wide open 3's.
  21. Considering he had nothing to do with the Cup team, I think it's fair to label his entire tenure as a disappointment.
  22. Packers.
  23. Yeah, I'm all for shutting him down this season. This isn't the first time he's been concussed either.
  24. I don't think I'm going to be too pissed anymore if we don't do anything by tomorrow afternoon. This team isn't just one move away, they're several moves away.
  25. Yeah but you've hit 2 3's against it. 6 fouls in 31 minutes against Illinois You're playing on the road in a B1G game. That stuff always happens. College basketball officiating...where home court advantage usually means 8 on 5.
