    Well the Rams are playing New England tough, but Chris Rose and JC Pearson may be the worst broadcast booth in the history of sports. I really wish I could watch this Chargers-Saints game.

    You're seriously going to blame the loss on the NHL because of the shootout? My God. Blame the Hawks for having a terrible 3rd period and for not being able to win in a shootout. I don't think you'd have been complaining if the Hawks won last night. The level of homerism is amazing.

    Damnnnnn, SIU got a hail mary from midfield as time expired to beat Missouri State 23-17. The win puts us at 5-2 overall and more importantly, 4-1 in the MVC with 4 games left including three home games and a road game against Illinois State to finish off the slate. Our defense is outstanding, but this team doesn't hold a jock to what we had last year. Yet we could and should actually win the conference this year where we didn't last year. Sports are messed up.

    It's Wisconsin, they're not good this year. I guarantee you'd be complaining if Missouri were losing to a team like Wisconsin by 3 with 6 minutes left.

    We are not very consistant this year. One week we look awesome. The next we blow. It's pretty easy to look awesome against Indiana (unless you're Northwestern). Illinios just isn't very good.

    Go Cards. Sounds like Romo's going to miss this week's game against Tampa, so I would think the Bucs should be able to win that game quite easily. But with the unpredictability of the league this year, who knows? I'm hopeful that the Chargers can beat the Saints and that the Eagles can beat the Falcons. That would help a lot. Pittsburgh over the Giants would be appreciated too. A lot of good games to keep me interested even though the whole NFC North is off this week.

    The ability to play good one half and then become completely invisible in the second half. You don't think that's worth $70 million? I knew this guy wasn't even close to being worth this money. I know it IS only the preseason, but nothing in his game has changed at all from last year. If we're giving $70 million contracts based on potential, we'd be over the salary cap with all the guys we have on our team that are "potential" players. D-Rose is a stud though.
