Luckily they didn't listen to the talking heads saying we have to show him 'respect' for his 16 years here. Screw that, we can show him respect when he's retired for good. For now he's public enemy number one and we better treat him as such.

Oregon would rip them to pieces. I'd like to see that matchup. If Oregon would win so easily, why would you want to see that matchup? So we can finally get the verdict if Iowa is really good or just lucky. FWIW, I do think they're a top 10 team right now but there's not a whole lot of quality out there this year. Here's the verdict: it's really stupid to think Iowa isn't good. If you don't think they're in the same league as Alabama, okay. But they're good, there's your answer. That's why I said 'really good.' I realize that they're a good football team.

Sounds like Jennings has Derrick Rose syndrome where he should easily have 3-4 more assists a game if the other joke players on the team knew how to make a simple open shot. I still can't fathom how that pairing between him and Skiles will work but we'll see how that progresses.

Wow, Snyder might not be a figurehead after all. K-State's at least respectable this year, which is a huge improvement over what they've been the last couple of seasons.

I thought I've heard that Illinois has only beaten Michigan at home something like twice in the last 50 years or something like that. I think the 2nd year I lived here when Illinois went to the Rose Bowl they beat Michigan at home. We were there and I was irratating my dad by cheering for Illinois. I cant think of another Illinois win at Champaign since They lost to Michigan on Saturday night during the Rose Bowl year. I honestly don't remember Illinois beating Michigan at Memorial Stadium. I was talking about 1983 Ah, got it. I wouldn't remember that.

http://www.littlecaesarspizzabowl.com the committee for that bowl would LOVE to get michigan (and they'd probably play a directional michigan team, so the game would probably sell out) but generally that bowl is for the northwesterns and purdues of the conference, not a team like michigan that considers itself a national power. I don't know. I'd think Michigan would just turn it down (if teams still do that). They won't. Going to a bowl game is better than sitting at home.

so big ten teams all get worse as the season goes on? Well, apparently Michigan does in 2009. Michigan was never that good. Even the Michigan fans on here said that when they were undefeated.
