Zorn has to be fired after the game, right? 2-4 and the only real team they've faced in that stretch is the Giants. They've faced STL, Detroit, KC, Carolina, and Tampa Bay.
I'd say it's probably a bit of both. I have a vote in TSN's FCS poll and this week dropped Montana two spots from No. 2 to No. 4 because they've struggled against lower ranked teams multiple times while a couple other teams (Southern Illinois and Villanova) both picked up very impressive road wins yesterday. I'm sure some of the 29 voters who switched from Florida to Alabama did so as a knee-jerk reaction but others probably did it as a body of work thing. Hopefully more writers follow your lead.
Yeah we can probably sleepwalk through those two games and still win by a decent margin. We haven't played that well at all (on offense at least) and we're still up by 26. Bottom line is we have to win the game against Minnesota in two weeks too if we want any shot at the playoffs.
Oh, and McCarthy's still an idiot. Why do you have Woodson returning punts when we're up by 23 and when Nelson has been having a great day? Not to mention the last time he returned a punt was when he messed his ankle up on Thanksgiving against the Lions a couple of years ago. Idiotic doesn't even begin to describe how dumb that was.
We could be up by even more if it weren't for Rodgers being sacked four times in the half and having 8 penalties. Rodgers has been awesome though: 19/23, 221, 2 TD.
