These are all valid points, but firing Vinny now as opposed to in January or April won't accomplish anything. They're going to have an interim coach, because no respectable coach will want to come in midseason and try to clean this up. As long as Vinny is fired before the year is over, or within a few days of that, it doesn't really matter. I said this right after the game but if you don't fire him within the next week, you might as well just give the bastard an extension. You're already showing that you don't care about the product on the court in the first place and then you keep a coach who lost to a team that was 1-19, has consistently been blown out this season, and oh yeah...they just blew a 35 point lead to the Kings at home. If VDN isn't fired after tonight, there needs to be an investigation as to what's going on behind closed doors. Everyone knows this organization is filled with idiots but if VDN keeps his job after all of this and somehow lasts the season, it just goes to show you how uncommitted they really are to doing anything this year. They deserve to have the 2010 FA class blow up in their face if VDN isn't canned.
