  1. Nothing. They're kind of the same player.
  2. Deadspin almost certainly nailed it on the head: And of course one of the commenters also hits it on the head: Isn't the prevalent rumor that Scottie helped get Jordan hooked on white women and away from his wife?
  3. Was kinda hoping that either Forte or Bush would miss the game this week. But it looks like neither will. And with neither likely to be at 100%, the more likely it is that they are going to share a lot of time. If ONLY Bush plays, obviously, I'm starting him. If ONLY Forte plays, obviously, I'm starting him. If BOTH play, I'm probably starting Forte regardless as he's one of the best backs in the league. But if Bush also plays, do I start him at Flex? My regular Flex, Antonio Brown is on a bye. And I'm looking at filling the spot with Sidney Rice, Pierre Thomas or (if I get my waiver claim) Tashard Choice (Spiller out, Jackson iffy). Thoughts?
  4. Bad trade for you. You gave up the best player (AJ Green) and I think you gave up the 3rd best (Smith). Despite 1 being a starter and the other not, I'd take Tate over LeShoure as well. Tate plays in a run heavy offense and gets plenty of touches despite being #2 to a star. LeShoure will be challenged for carries by 1, if not all of, Kevin Smith, Joique Bell, and Jahvid Best at some point this season.
  5. Yeah. I'm beginning to wonder if this was a bad move. Its always been a bad idea, because Tice is not an up and coming offense mind trained under a previous great offensive mind. The hope was that having Bates around and not having Martz around would be good enough.
  6. First bad decision(s) of the year last week. Started Philip Rivers in 2 leagues over Joe Flacco and Matt Schaub, who each had big games. So, not sure what to do this week. Rivers vs. KC (30th in pass D) Schaub vs. Tenn (last in pass D) Rivers vs. KC Flacco vs. Clev (25th in pass D)
  7. Everything I read hinted he may be back by this week, up until yesterday. The hints have been dropped that Forte will not play this week, and going by the injury it would make sense if he did not play. The schedule may work out for Forte to play. I was thinking the injury was a 3-4 week thing if a high ankle sprain. Being hurt on a Thursday night and having this game on Monday night would mean 18 days between the GB and Dallas games. If the injury is truly less severe than a high ankle, then I don't see why he couldn't go unless he can't get on the practice field by Thursday.
  8. You know, I came away from yesterday's game thinking.... "Wow they threw the ball a lot at Jennings, but I don't remember a lot of throws to Tillman's side". That must mean Tillman was covering pretty well. In fact, Bradford threw the ball 35 times. 9 times he targeted Jennings' man. 12 times he targeted the TEs or RBs. That leaves 14 throws, but it also seemed like a lot of throws were to the slot WRs with either a LB or DJ Moore covering (Moore also had a very good game). Tillman only had 4 tackles, 2 on Bradford scrambles, 1 on a pass to Jackson in the flat, and only 1 on a WR (who he was presumably covering). That's not to slight Jennings at all, because he's been the best CB in football so far this year. But Tillman has quietly been pretty strong too. With DJ's solid game, I'm interested to see how those 3 matchup vs. the Cowboys WRs Monday night.
  9. Bears and Cowboys are kind of the same team. Romo vs. Cutler in the Douche Bowl. Both teams had the NFL in a stir after Week 1 wins. Both teams took embarrassing losses in Week 2 losses. Both teams had uninspiring wins yesterday. I kind of have no idea what to expect in this game. It could be a 9-6 type game. It could be a shootout in the 30s. It could be a blowout either way if one of the team's clicks and the other lays an egg as both have been prone to do either over the last few years.
  10. With Idonije, Paea and Okoye getting on the board today, every player that has played on the DLine for the Bears has a sack thru 3 games.
  11. [expletive] the Titans.
  12. Tim Jennings 4 years in Indy- 4 INTs Tim Jennings first 2 years in Chicago- 3 INTs Tim Jennings thru 3 games- 4 INTs
  13. Yay! Titans! Too bad I don't have their D/ST in fantasy though.
  14. The ends have consistently collapsed the pocket all game. All 4 of them that have played. The interior has not allowed Bradford to step up either.
  15. Is Bush hurt? He's been on the field 1 play in last 2 drives.
  16. We MAJOR! Tim Jennings, mother effing beast!
  17. Hester officially has 0 value ont his football team.
  18. Rams are primed for a double move.
  19. [expletive]!
  20. It's the [expletive] Rams!
  21. How is that blocking scheme in the playbook? Hey, let's have our backup RB picking up a probowl DE.
  22. You don't go for 4th down when you're being dominated. Shove this bitch down their throat Bears.
  23. Like I posted on my blog (that I'm sure most of you read), for a team that's supposed to be a base Cover 2 defense, the Bears really suck in zone coverage. They've been freaking fantastic in man coverage this year.
  24. I'd love a turnover here or at least a 3-and-out.
  25. Love getting fantasy and reality TDs on the same play!
