    Gameday has him at 715ops for July, 728 for 2005 and 702 for his career so he is still above his career totals for good or ill.

    That is my understanding of it - I think Dusty has always wanted to set it up that way but hasn't been able to because of injuries, etc.

    Hendry is going to bring in all these young guys because he knows Dusty won't play them and when he doesn't he is going to fire Baker and bring Brenly down from the booth to manage and then bring Stone back to the booth...............seriously. :shock:

    My theory is that all the other teams are doing the " hey bata bata swing bata bata!!" and every time they yell swing the Cubs do it. :? Maybe we get them some ear plugs and everything will be fine.
