i wish they gave baez the call instead honestly. Not against Kluber. Let Baez get a few more days in Iowa and find a favorable match up for his return to the Cubs.

How is video game Coghlan different from real life outfielder Coghlan? You could say that he will be a below-average defender in Right Field, which is exactly what Soler has been all season.

I would have liked to see Baez in place of La Stella, but I guess it probably makes sense to break Baez in with some favorable matchups (not Kluber). He will be up in a week anyway.

I just received my postseason ticket invoice. Yikes! Those are some jacked up prices. The postseason invoice is almost as much as my full 81 game regular season package.

Coming in down 3 runs in the 7th is pretty close to a mop up role. If you can't even feel good about putting a reliever in that scenario, his roster spot is undeserved Perhaps so, but we're less than 2 weeks from September so I don't imagine they will make any moves with him. He will just see less time once the AAA reinforcements come up.
