Yes it has, and it didn't seem like there were nearly as many sellouts as in some past good seasons. Don't get me wrong, attendance was still very good overall, but I do think the Cubs have started to hit the upper limit of ticket prices, which doesn't leave much room for resale. I know it isn't over yet, and this is certainly an overreaction, but I think I'm ready for Version 2.0 of this Cubs team, kind of like the Blackhawks constant refreshing of their roster (for different reasons I know). We have to get more consistency in the lineup somehow. I don't know if just running the same offense out again next year with an improved bullpen is going to cut it.
