    Side note: I looked up Brooks Kieschnick's old numbers right after the Nats grabbed Smoker, and everybody has started doing real strange things in the draft since then.

    This kind of pick is why the Rockies are a doormat. Wasting the #8 pick on a reliever whose one plus over everybody else is his ability to help this year... when the Rockies still wont compete with or without him.
