For me, it's an egregious enough offense from Jack Warner for us and Mexico to legitimately start making inquiries about the possibility of joining CONMEBOL. That would make it far tougher to qualify, unless FIFA decided to shift 2 bids from CONCACAF to CONMEBOL and make the remaining CONCACAF teams share a bid with Oceania or something. It would up the coefficient at least two spots. It'd still be doable. It's not going to happen and shouldn't happen, but I'd like to see it used as leverage to get Warner under control. Friendly roster: G - Brad Guzan (Aston Villa), Tim Howard (Everton) D - Carlos Bocanegra (Saint-Étienne), Steve Cherundolo (Hannover 96), Clarence Goodson (IK Start), Eric Lichaj (Aston Villa), Oguchi Onyewu (AC Milan), Michael Parkhurst (FC Nordsjælland), Heath Pearce (FC Dallas), Jonathan Spector (West Ham United) M - Alejandro Bedoya (Örebro), Michael Bradley (Borussia Mönchengladbach), Maurice Edu (Rangers), Benny Feilhaber (Aarhus), Stuart Holden (Bolton), Jermaine Jones (Schalke), Brek Shea (FC Dallas) F - Jozy Altidore (Villarreal), Clint Dempsey (Fulham), Eddie Johnson (Fulham) It's MLS crunch time, and Galaxy have games so no Landon/Gonzo.
