This is precisely the situation they envisioned (this or the starter laying an egg and lasting three innings) that led them to want a fresh arm in the pen. I didn't realize Hart was coming in Yeah, Len mentioned it. Probably shouldn't assume everyone is watching the Comcast sports feed.

too bad Fukudome hits behind the typical HR hitters yeah, he should definitely bat first or second. got the lead off hitter on!

Over the course of a long season, the only thing that causes a disproportionate amount of one run homers, is a straight up lack of base runners. Fukudome should help us out in that department compared to years past.
