Ok, so then answer me this. I've posed these questions indirectly in a few different forms in this thread, but now I'm going to ask them directly and would like a clear response from you. Question the first: Cole Hamels, professional pitcher with pinpoint control, intentionally hits Bryce Harper in the small of the back for some made-up reason. No damage is done, and you say it's ok. However, lets say Cole Hamels, same professional pitcher with pinpoint control, has a beef with you on the street and hits you with exactly the same pitch in the same location on your body, and there is no damage to you. Is that ok? I'm not talking if "I" did it, or if "you" did it, I'm talking Hamels specifically in these two situations, with the only difference being in a major league game. Question 2) Hamels throws at Harper for being a snot-nosed little punk who's good at baseball (the NERVE!!) and aims for a "non-bad" area like his thigh or lower back, but instead he misses his target and hits Harper in the wrist, breaking it and landing Harper on the DL. Is it still ok? Yes or no?
