That could be some serious jail time. Perjury in court is a 20-year sentence, IIRC, but I don't know what it is if you lie to Congress. Will Congress even go after him? I'm no legal expert, but that depends on whether Congress wants to make an example of him like MLB will, I would guess. Unless they get him to squeal on other players to reduce his time. They can, but I don't know how they plan on nailing those guys, short of saying "pee in this cup right now", and that would mean they'd have to have it in thier systems. There is no possible way to prove right now that a player had taken steroids in past seasons.
