  1. Horrible call on Jackson, you can call that on every play if you want.
  2. Does it make you feel better he threw away that drive with a bad throw on an easy 3rd and 2? No but I was pleased with the play call.
  3. It should be noted how much better the OLine is playing than the 1st 3 games.
  4. Seeing Daniel move the ball better than Mitch frustrates me more than it should.
  5. Am I the only one who has never seen Cousins play a good game?
  6. Who’s the back up to Daniel? Cohen or Patterson would be my guess.
  7. Didn't he drop a ton of weight to play TE and then got cut?
  8. Mitch missed some easy throws especially down the field. His TD was on the move.
  9. Pittsburgh was my guess.
  10. Espada and Bard are my top 2. (Bard) https://blogs.fangraphs.com/the-managers-perspective-josh-bard-on-process-and-the-distillation-of-data/ (Espada) https://theathletic.com/279074/2018/03/19/qa-new-bench-coach-joe-espada-on-the-vibe-in-camp-what-makes-corre-and-altuve-special-and-more/
  11. Espada and Bard are my top 2.
  12. Managers don't make that big of a difference. With that said, he's one of the best and better than Maddon.
  13. Brant Brown and Mark Prior are too busy winning the Dodgers to focus on the past, unlike us.
  14. They're the best 6 win team in history.
  15. I think Josh Bard would be a dark horse candidate.
  16. FTR, I wasn't using factual accuracy as the barometer as to whether both were dumb (both are 100 percent accurate). It was the context and interjection points that made them dumb.
  17. They have no excuse for settling on coaches. As I said, they have the same cut of Big 10 money as OSU or Michigan, but they act like a "small market team". Why? BTW, Purdue and Minnesota are equally guilty of this Hiring Lovie Smith was a small market move? It was a high risk/high reward move but given his salary, it was not a small market move. It was the wrong move but not a cheap one.
  18. I do hope the illini avoid their same mistakes as far as going after a successful non power 5 or an out of the box pick and go after one of the better assistants who is a proven recruiter.
  19. I guess only programs with rapists and statues of rape enablers rebuild. Is it your position that Derwood (and Truffle) are not allowed to express any opinion about anything in college football for the rest of their lives without getting this crap lobbed at them? Because that was a complete non sequitur. Was that really an opinion based response? I probably should not have responded with a dumb comment to an equally dumb comment just for the sake of interjecting. It is the ultimate Trump card though.
  20. It still feels like the Bears are 0-2 regardless of outcome.
  21. I didn't think Nagy would be dumb enough to do the complete opposite of Game 1, I was wrong.
  22. Oakland approves this message.
  23. Shame on Nagy for not going up-tempo/no huddle at some point yet.
