  2. Jorge De La Rosa is still playing baseball?
  3. Imagine Bryant's home run total if he played at Coors.
  4. woah. Montero not being useless at the plate?
  5. but then you won't know what city they play for
  6. Wish we were further advanced in cryonics so I could just wake up in October
  7. what, no Felix Pie gif?
  8. No bat v. pitch stats for this game i have no purpose
  9. Poor kid having his debut ruined by the Cubs defense
  10. http://www.baseballprospectus.com/article.php?articleid=20069 Curveball = really bad Slider and cutter = not as bad as the rest Everything else = equally horrible, but not so much as a curve Really, nothing works. It is a miserable, horrible place for pitchers. I think this quote best illustrates things. The Rockies have played there for decades now. And they've spent decades trying to formulate the secret sauce to pitching in Coors. And they never can figure it out. So they keep changing the sauce. Nothing will ever work. There is no answer. There is no sauce. That place is where pitching goes to die. And you should never feel safe with any pitcher going to pitch in that park. It sucks, Denver is a fine MLB market, but I think they will always having trouble building a consistent winner because of this issue. There is nothing you can do to fix it. There are no areas in Denver you can build a ballpark in low elevation, building a dome would only slightly lessen the effects of the altitude. you build the ballpark thousands of feet underground. problem solved.
  11. I am saying why can't the Olympics and Paralympics share same ceremonies, but still have separate events mixed in for 3 or however many weeks they would need? Wouldn't that boost attendance/ratings for paralympics events? im not saying able-bodied and disabled should compete side-by-side, but it wouldn't hurt to combine some efforts.
  12. If the able-bodied and disabled are equals, why are there two separate Olympics? Why aren't the Olympics and Paralympics combined into 1 giant Olympics, extending the Olympic schedule? Why do they have to be separate? serious question.
  13. Latroy Hawkins never fails to not fail
  14. There's no reason we shouldn't sweep these fucks.
