I really think this team is pretty good. Some questionable coaching calls made this game closer than it should have. I am worried about the pass D. Chase Daniel is gonna light us up. They are a solid team. If it was in Lawrence I'd be pretty worried, but like you said, unless your pass defense greatly improves by the last game of the year (which is very possible, lots of football left), our offense shouldnt have much of a problem. It's possible it'll get better. Today was Harper's 1st game, and I think he'll be good. We need better pressure from the ends. I think we'll be able to score on you.

KU clicking a bit better in the second half. Is it on TV here? I'm kind of tired of Illinois dominating Wisconsin and I don't want to watch NOrthwestern because I bring them bad luck according to my mom. Yeah, Fox sports net or whatever. KU with an idiotic roughing the kicker.

You gonna make it out to KC for the Mizzou-KU game at the end of the year? Nah. That's a lot of cheese for a football game. I'm really pissed they're playing it in KC. It cripples our already slim chances of winning that game.

UI is really good. Mizzou is very lucky to have played them so early.

i guess it just depends how well she knows snood. I could see a girl busting my chops about the Cubs if she didn't know they were really important to me. But yeah, any girl (or any guy for that matter) who knows me well, knows not to give me crap when one of my teams loses in excruciating fashion. If she knew the Cubs were important to snood, then yeah she pretty much sucks. the thing that made me mad is, I wrote this essay in grad school about baseball and my family and my dad's death. She read it, so she knows i dont [expletive] around when it comes to the cubs, but she came in talking [expletive]. I know she didnt mean any harm, but she should known better. Whatever. Im sure she knows im just pissed. If not, whatever.
