    That's the thing. His system requires a deep bench of top athletes. Right now the more talented teams might stumble against them early in the game, but when you're running 40 minutes of hell with 7 quality players, you can't expect them to keep it up all game.

    Yeah, god forbid they show the last 5 seconds of a close game instead of a 20-0 lead in the first 6 minutes. How dumb. wouldn't have bothered me if it weren't already on another espn channel. The reason they were able to switch to bonus coverage is because it was on another ESPN channel. indeed...but i already have espnu...if i wanted to watch that game, i would have. well some of us dont. let me enjoy the 5 seconds of mizzou defeat i got to witness :( You'll get to see plenty of that all year.

    Lol, right. Because only a select few historians have studied the arcane subject that is Jesse James. There's just no way a simple man like myself could know such an obscure fact. Because there aren't dozens of movies about him, hundreds of books, an episode of the effing Brady Bunch, countless short stories about him, etc. Actually, I already posted a link to that shirt in a different thread and made fun of it. And I like John Brown's crazy ass, so I won't begrudge a person sporting a shirt with his likeness. I never made any reference to you in the post where I identified Jesse James. You smugly asked if any of us knew who he was, and I answered. For some reason you internalized it. The previous post where I DID say that was a joke. Relax.

    I think they both agreed to play the next 2 games at Camarohead for money reasons. Originally it was supposed to be played early in the season, too, but both programs wanted the game played on "rivalry weekend." The Arrowhead thing was all about money, though. Could cost us a shot at the Big XII title, which sucks.

    Yes, my team is traditionally bad at football, therefore I know nothing about football. It must be nice to cherry-pick your favorite team from a short-list of perennial contenders instead of, I dunno, having actual ties to your team. What a luxury.

    I once drove through Kansas. It was a whole lot of nothing. I've driven through Missouri a couple of times, and well it's much of the same. You'll find that's true of the majority of our states.
