  1. doesn't it seem like every offensive play the defenders manage to get their helmets on the Bears ball handler? I worry about a fumble each and every play.
  2. one thing I don't get about the offense, and this goes for the good games they have had as well, is Grossman's mobility. why under Turner, allegedly a west coast offense, do they never get the QB out of the pocket? remember when we all said "he's might be good, but has to get better in the pocket?" for those of us who were initially impressed with his early work, it was because of his scrambling ability. where'd the mobile Rex Grossman go?
  3. never got set? he's a receiver. one receiver can be moving.
  4. why isn't it the dime defense and not the six cents defense?
  5. didn't watch the WBBM early broadcast today I take it.
  6. I swear there has been a dozen over the years by the guy against the Bears just like that by him alone. it's as predictable as the tide.
  7. I don't think that was Hochuli. It was someone else I think. if it wasn't that play, there were others. it's pretty obvious the guy has something against the Bears and has had for years. a regretable I told you so.
  8. Hochuli is the ref who saw touchdown when the ball was intercepted in the last game of 2004 vs. the Lions. I guaranty you this will not go for the Bears, whether it should or not.
  9. two blocks in the back on the punt return not called.
  10. Some of it looks like the Giants are scheming really well too. Maybe the offense line blocking scheme is predictable. something definetly aint right.l No doubt. I think the biggest issue is with the interior though. tonight it has mostly been failure to pick up the corner and safety blitzes. mostly on the corners and RB/FB IMO.
  11. damn Lance. blow that stuff up.
  12. Justin Gage curling in. but Justin Gage didn't curl in.
  13. so that way it will be Griese having guys in his face and receivers dropping balls and running the wrong routes.
  14. Manning has twice as many NFL starts as Rex does. he'll get better.
  15. I hate the entire offensive line more. the o-line has had several good games. Jones has had zero. Really? Jones had a 100 yd game or two...I think it's really splitting hairs. TJ and the line both suck. my thought on the matter is that even in the games where Jones had good stats, he left yardage out on the field.
  16. I hate the entire offensive line more. the o-line has had several good games. Jones has had zero.
  17. so he doesn't hit the holes, he runs out of bounds, he's never been a good receiver, he's lost his pass blocking ability, and now he has the drops. time for TJ to sit.
  18. exhibit b of the line refusing to block for Benson.
  19. Wow. Rugers takes over number 2 in the computers dropping OSU to 3rd.
  20. with the entire left side of the pass defense wide open. some of this has to be on Turner.
  21. lame penalty, but I'll take it.
  22. Isn't that what everyone criticizes Benson for? Benson can't do worse than Jones on pass blocking AND he can run. Preaching to the choir. the passing game is one thing, but the running game presents quite the catch 22 the line blocks for Jones, but he dances until tackled. bring in Benson, and the line won't block for him.
