    If this kid is as good as advertised, he's a weapon similar to Hestor. Given that they were out of picks and the quality of the players left, this is a great pick, IMO.

    I'm hoping they tread water for a while until at least the OF gets healthy again. They have the entire OF hurt or on the DL. The third baseman with hand, foot, and elbow injuries, and 4/5 of the rotation are injured or ineffective and still are over .500. That's pretty good.

    There are two parts, strategy and tactics. The plan is good, but the jury is still out on the tactics. The most important of which (besides QB) is the head coach.
