  1. i concur you just don't like the cubs players actually thats not true at all, i like every play on the team aside from DeRo, Fontenot-skill, Therrible(even tho he has been a suprise) and Marquis. ooo and Cotts too sounds like an irrational hatred of middle infielders
  2. the only thing that's done is zambrano's labrum!!!
  3. time to shut down zambrano for the year and sell off the veterans. spring training 2009 is only a few months away.
  4. yeah that's happened 0 times in his career, so it's pretty much a guarantee to happen.
  5. Z pitching badly for the past month is what is throwing off Z. He's lucky that it's only showed up in the statline today and against the Dodgers. I'm pretty sure he's going to continue sucking until he's inevitably put on the DL for arm problems caused by Lou's idiocy. lol... haven't we done this before, "something has to be wrong with his arm." and if he has arm problems, i'd sure as hell blame dusty baker ahead of lou piniella. dusty was the guy having him throw 110 pitches a game in his early 20s.
  6. lol, the yankees signed him? he was terrible there the first time; guess they are gluttons for punishment.
  7. sweden :x
  8. Sean Marshall, Kevin Hart, Jose Ceda, Donnie Veal and Welington Castillo probably have the highest value (depending on the team, Tyler Colvin too). vitters
  9. your bad for not having LLF on your ignore list.
  10. that was the terrible skate-in-the-crease rule, which was quickly changed by the league during the offseason.
  11. seriously, could the lakers have mailed it in any more than they've done tonight? nobody is playing defense and offense mostly consists of one guy trying to heave up a shot without any sort of screening or motion away from the ball. thanks for tanking it and making fools of yourselves, guys.
  12. What was the problem with Flannery? he missed 2 games in 2004-05, 5 games in 2005-06 and 2 more last year, mostly because of falling ill during games. skip prosser's son was a coach on the bucknell staff, so that probably hit home as well. anyway, he's going to be a fundraiser for bucknell, and i hope that he's a miserable failure in that, and that the new coach of bucknell does a terrible job and runs that program into the ground.
  13. milwaukee managed to score 7 runs and have 0 LOB tonight. don't know if i've seen that before.
  14. hopefully holy cross can make the ncaa tourney again. bucknell's coach, who is an a-hole, retired for health reasons. i hope he doesn't die soon; that's all i have to say about that.
  15. i'll have the veal, please. very nice outing.
  16. nice pick by longoria and the first baseman... it was a good attempt, and given how reed hits RHP it was a good idea. oh yeah SEASON OVER START THE FIRESALE
  17. remember when someone started a poll about who is the nl central's greatest wunderkind, and gave micah hoffpauir as an option? that was funny.
  18. warm up the plane, l.a.
  19. plus the runner is off on contact and likely scores on any hit to the outfield. absolutely inexcusable baserunning.
  20. LOL what in the hell. yes, that list ranks ken holland, the GM of the most successful franchise in hockey, behind isiah thomas.
