and his BAA the last three years is like .150. he's so ridiculous when he just throws strikes... or even if he walks 1 man every 2 innings he's amazing.
fire up the chris carpenter bandwagon. i'm officially on board. by the way, daytona pitchers struck out 17 batters tonight! jay jax is probably done - 5 IP, 5 H, 2 ER, 4 BB, 7 K, 2 HR, 5 GO/1 FO
I've got the sound turned down at work. Details? he said that if the nationals hitters had the cubs pitchers they'd be first in the NL East. if the cubs could play the nationals every game, they'd be running away with the NL central.
his 2008 was one of my favorite seasons ever. .169/.189/.209 is really bad but understandable after like 2 weeks of the season... maybe you just start off with a slump. but i'd like to know how many players have put up an OPS under .400 with more than 200 ABs. that really has to be one of the worst offensive seasons in history.
henry burris threw the worst pass in the history of the league in 2002 against the vikings i think it was. i remember being stunned when i heard that a qb from temple was playing in the nfl. i knew he had to be awful.
