why do they have eddie olcyzk do penguins games on nbc? they might as well just pick a random pens fan out of the crowd; they'd probably be just as objective as eddie o.

God these refs blow. we score on a 2 on 1 but away from the play gagne - who's had concussions - gets elbowed in the head by malkin, grabs malkin and gets a double minor for roughing and high sticking, even though he didn't high stick malkin. so instead of 2-0 it's pp pens and they score. what a bunch of horse [expletive].

apparently getting cross checked into the goalie is goalie interference. how does a ref miss that???

i'm hoping the colts' score is higher than rex ryan's waist size... so probably about 53.

He hasn't logged much time in the OF the last couple years, but what information we do have suggests he would be far better defensively out there than Dye or Gomes. i don't believe that a guy who was never a good fielder to begin with and hasn't played much of that position can do an adequate job out there as he moves into his mid 30s. branyan is about 40 lbs heavier than he was earlier in his career and hasn't played corner OF in almost 4 years. he'd be awful.

going from a minor league baseball team to the priesthood has to be pretty much a complete 180 as far as lifestyle.

They've got pitchers taking up like half their roster. as do most teams in baseball -
these dumb articles always come out before big games. but why don't they go down the rest of the factors? of course there's more to do in nyc. but new york is also overcrowded, traffic-ridden and overpriced . the colts play in a nice stadium and the jets play in a dump in the middle of a toxic wasteland. the jets' coach is a morbidly obese loudmouth and the colts' coach is a classy, effective leader. so really... F the jets. The Jets have played their last game at Giants Stadium. and have played zero games in new giants stadium... so there we are.

that's probably true if you can sit and watch a guy play every game, but most people probably don't have time for that, and uzr is much better than taking the word of one of your scouts who sat and watched a guy play shortstop for 4 games or someone who watched a handful of games on film.

enjoy the rangers' announcers embarrassing themselves yes, carcillo is a goon and gaborik is a really good player. yet, they dropped the gloves simultaneously or gaborik was slightly quicker. if not for their reputations and the complete ass-whipping, it would be just like any other fight starts.

i can take another team if nobody else is interested. steelers would be good since i live in a pittsburgh market and know that team pretty well.
