  1. you think I read everyone's posts? you think people haven't discussed the scenarios 3+ hours after the completion of the england-algeria game?
  2. nsbb determined that about 3 hours ago.
  3. he has 13 putts in 11 holes... usually i'm at 13 putts by #6
  4. the only thing i can think of on edu's "goal" is that the referee regretted calling the foul that set up donovan's kick (jozy was fouled), and because of time and situation, decided to nullify it by calling a foul on the free kick. there literally was nothing to call on that play.
  5. this official doesn't seem to be aware that you don't have to hand out yellow cards for every foul
  6. they should just leave the destruction laying around since the lakers win every year; maybe their fans can throw the same beat-up [expletive] around next year
  7. he's had 25 PAs against LHP in his major league career
  8. i'm not judging, i just think people from alabama are weird rednecks
  9. i wonder who will win the nba next year, the lakers, celtics or whatever team lebron is on?
  10. thank God the lakers' 12 month nightmare is over. gosh the nba is interesting.
  11. that may be the dumbest trade proposal i have ever seen. the hawks give away three good young top 6 forwards, maybe four (depends on how you view ladd), a top 4 d-man, their best defense prospect and a late first round pick for a second or third line center who's 31 years old, has a horrendous contract and was a -29 last year, a 33 year old defenseman (souray) with a bad contract and injury problems, two players they're going to waive and the #1 overall pick. not to mention that the teams are trading goaltenders for absolutely no reason. http://www.feebleminds-gifs.com/exploding-head.gif
  12. bad outing for jackson - 2.2 ip, 6 h, 6 r, 0 bb, 2 k, 2 hbp. got beat up in the first inning; could've gotten out of it without too much trouble but surrendered a two out bases loaded triple. gave up 2 more so far in the third. another walk for vitters  to his credit, he's walked 3 times and struck out just once in the last 10 games, though his overall numbers aren't that great. he also has more walks (13) than all of last season - not that that's saying a whole lot.
  13. in that case i loved the "who's now" segments on sportscenter
  14. how the hell did he have an isoP of .152? outfielders must have fallen down or something.
  15. who's on the phone with theo? there's no way in hell hendry is referring to fukudome as a "3 win RF" because there's no way in hell he knows what that means.
  16. go away you incompetent moron
  17. Are you talking about Fukudome? A typically productive player? Are you watching the same games I am? 715 OPS in May and dipping to an abomination like 552 OPS this month. This happens EVERY YEAR. He starts off hot (fukudome), and everyones like oh hey he gets on base he's a pretty preductive guy. Fukudome was better in the second half of the year last year than the first half. He could easily end up doing that again this year. Over and over and over and over this keeps getting said, yet people still throw out the "Fukudome only starts out hot, then sucks." How many times does it have to be said that Fuku had a better 2nd half than 1st half last year, and he had 2 months after the All Star break over a 900 OPS. Can we please stop with the "OMG FUKU SUCKS AFTER APRIL!!!" i love that this has been shot down about 100 times in 70 different threads, yet it keeps coming up.
  18. sadly, 1 run with the bases loaded and 1 out is a moral victory for the cubs
  19. hey they're in the heat of the pennant race, can't worry about pitch counts right now
  20. he's a corner outfielder without much power who's making $13M a year, and you've now gone ahead and benched him for some reason. yet you don't want to chip in much money toward his salary. wtf cubs?
  21. Wow, that is two in a matter of hours! i think this qualifies as a spree
  22. he dove but that was a dumb tackle anyway
