    i am starting to think that dave sappelt and brian bogusevic may not be the long term answers in the cubs' outfield.

    i almost don't see the pont of texas trying to trade olt. his stock would have dropped so sharply that he's probably worth more to them in the hope that he recovers and plays well than he is in a trade. certainly nobody's going to treat him as more than a secondary piece of a trade.

    yeah i guess he was a front end starter if you look only at his ERA for one or two seasons and completely ignore his strikeout rate and other peripherals, in addition to his rather ordinary stuff.
