  1. i feel like bryant hits more than half his home runs to center or right field. definitely don't need to worry about him being a dead pull hitter who will be exploited by pitchers pounding him away.
  2. brett tomko is pitching against iowa
  3. match against belgium is at 4am wednesday morning for me :x
  4. sixers turned jrue holiday into nerlins noel, saric, a future first, and a future second. could be an amazing return if some of those picks pan out.
  5. bryant's home run: http://www.milb.com/multimedia/vpp.jsp?content_id=33994901&sid=milb the RF and the guy calling the game didn't really react as though the ball were hit all that hard. guess that is what 80 power looks like.
  6. speaking of bad contracts, the dodgers signed brian wilson to a 1 year, $10m contract with an $8.5m player option for 2015. i thought this was a joke when i first heard about it, but it wasn't. so far, not so great for the dodgers.
  7. pitch to him zach lee you [expletive].
  8. I hope some dumbass sportswriter actually bitches about this when he gets to the majors to prove their monumental stupidity. he did hit behind the runner, the ball just went over the fence.
  9. maybe bryant should not be batting 5th in that lineup.
  10. 5 home runs in his first 6 AAA games, no big deal.
  11. not sure that was a straight red, but it's italy so [expletive] 'em.
  12. i just have to laugh again at this guy's question. bryant is getting toward the high end of his range of bryant home run possibilities, and it's still JUNE.
  13. i'm at the point with bryant where i'll be massively disappointed if he isn't at least a very good player and occasional all star.
  14. schwarber is playing his natural position tonight... DH
  15. i know that batting average is overrated, but hitting .150 in june is pretty [expletive] bad.
  16. btw wasn't the rumor that the cubs had appel at 1 and bryant at 2 on their board? if so, thank you thank you thank you astros.
  17. bryant's OPS: 1.161 total number of southern league players with an OPS over .900: two
  18. cardinals just drafted that poncedeleon guy who the cubs drafted and sort of signed last year.
