What exactly happened? I got home and the score was 6-2. He utterly misplayed a liner hit straight to him in center; he broke one way and the ball went the other. The ball got past him, all the way to the wall, 3-run triple for Freddy Sanchez. If he makes the play cleanly (which would not at all have been impossible), it's a 4-3 game right now. he did botch it, but trachsel shouldn't be giving up hard-hit balls like that on an 0-2 count. But then again we all (except for Jim) know Trachsel sucks.
