Sox get Thome

This is kind of an interesting deal. From the reports it sounds like the Sox gave up 2 very promising pitchers with Rowand to get Thome. You have to give Kenny Williams some credit for taking a big chance that Thome is fully recovered and ready to be the Thome of old.

I'm thinking they White Sox made this move b/c of their uncertainity to be able to resign Konerko. I could be wrong.
