The contest has ended, due to my stupidly picking the Steelers to win yesterday with Big Ben out. Final results: 1st--Rocket Sauce Picks the Bengals; 2nd--Outwit Outplay Outlast (my entry); 3rd--Bender Bending Rodriguez; 4th--Blue Headed Pionus.

 

The league has now been reset and a new contest begins this week. Everybody who participated before is registered; you just need to go to the league page and make your pick. If you didn't participate in the first round you can sign up and participate this time. The league ID is 7516, and the password is NSBB.

There's an early deadline this week, Friday evening at 7:00 P.M. Eastern time. That's because the Chiefs at Dolphins game originally scheduled for Sunday has been moved up to Friday because of Hurricane Wilma.

For some asinine reason, yahoo locks the picks like half a day before the games start. Once I found out Chris Simms was starting I went to change my pick, but unfortunately yahoo survivor football works differently than every football picks or fantasy football thing I've ever done.

I went with a sure pick this week: San Diego over Miami. San Diego has won five in a row, they're at home, and playing against a team with a losing record. They can't possibly lose.
