I found it shocking when reviewing Maddux's stats that he has more losses as a Cub than as a Brave.

317-185 overall in 20 seasons

123-97 as a Cub in 9 seasons

194-88 as a Brave in 11 Season

This is more a testament to the Cubs having bad teams and the Braves having winners than it is to Maddux's "best years" being in Atanta (he had some great years with so-so records in Chicago). Though both are factors.

Not trying to make any point about keeping maddux or not, just found it interesting.

Lol. The start and end of his career are with Chicago. Do the math.

Good point, though I find the math that says he played on 10 more Braves playoff teams than Cubs playoff teams a bit more compelling.

Yeah, those Brave's teams were a little bit better than the CUBS teams that Maddux played on.
