The Kids: all or nothing?

Okay tonight, Friday, Neifi and Cpat are in the starting lineup. The last two days both Murton and Cedeno started. Why in the world is Dusty not playing just one at a time. I mean, Cpat and Cedeno are not mutually exclusive.

Attempting to use rationality to explain Dusty's line of thinking will only result in insanity. You just can't logically explain almost everything that man does.

i understand sitting a kid against a very nasty pitcher. but this doesn't seem like that situation. this guy was in triple a this season. this is the type of guy they faced all season. we have had two awful hitting performances.....both time the kids weren't playing. the play with so much more energy and enthusiasm....can we please see them 90% of the time!

I agree...but I'd rather they play 100% of the time...see what they're made of. The season is lost. And, even if by some chance that a miracle happens and they happen to surpass Houston (I don't believe they will), I think they're toast in the post-season. I'd rather see how the kids do (and hopefully win some games) than have them win and go to the post-season only to fade out quickly anyway.
