In the second inning Mike Edwards put one in the basket in LF. I finally was able to launch one back onto the field.

Also, Hairston threw me a ball too.

Also also, Sandberg autographs before the game

Also also also, Cubs Win!!

GREAT NIGHT!!

I thought Edwards HR went through the bottom of the basket and was actually resting on the top of the ivy?

That is true, but I took it back. The ball was in the basket, and then a big guy leaned on the net, it then fell onto the ivy.

After they could not reach it, I stretched over and was able to get it. I came up firing. Nueby tivo'ed it, and said they showed it on the ivy, but cut away before the throw. Listen to the crowd and I am sure they could be heard.

ha ha, funny stuff!

It had better not have been a decoy ball!

I always thought I would throw a decoy, but in the moment there was no way I would switch. Too exciting!

Props to ya for the toss back. I would never hesitate to throw one back. I wouldnt never consider the decoy. To live the rest of my life knowing that there was an asterick hanging over my head would too much to bear. Also, knowing I had purposely deceived thousands of my loyal cub fan friends would be communist.

Props to you for being a man. Poke your chest out and be proud!
