I'm pretty sure that mlb.com hosts all the team sites. If you type in cubs.com, it forwards to mlb.com as well

yep, all team sites are controlled by mlb.com. cubs.com redirects you to http://chicago.cubs.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/index.jsp?c_id=chc

Isn't. They must have changed it. Indians.com used to never redirect to the site. Well, thanks for the help guys.
