Bwahahaha. The White Sox are having a Mullet Night promotion on 9/2. Clearly, they know their fan base.

Be wary of the SouthSide Mullet Militia.

Garcia now has pitched 7 innings of no-hit ball in a 0-0 game.

No word yet on whether William Ligue Jr. is going to throw out the first pitch on Mullet Night.

Hey does anyone know of a Cubs radio/TV broadcast where they had a guest talk that was later singing and the Cubs had a quick (single digit pitch) inning???

That half inning/chat on WGN radio went pretty fast

Its possible. I hear Ligue, Jr is a 4-star general in their Mulletary - in their ranks, that's like celebrity-status.

3 IF hits, and the Cubs can't score.

This team finds a way to look bad even when it's 8-1 in their favor.

I'd never make it in the Mulletary. I understand that you have to meet the following requirements;

- must sport a non-washed-in-a-month-looking mullet

- must have at least 1 large tattoo that is easily viewable to the public

- must appreciate - and long for - the state of being that is induced when hard drugs and alcohol are mixed, while in public

- must have been apprehended and served jail time, at least once, for assault and battery, again that of which occurred while in public for lots of people to witness

- must have a son/daughter who looks alot like self and acts/does things alot like self

Williams surpasses the 100 pitch mark

And they're starting to get the ball pretty well. This ought to be his last inning. Wood time coming up?

I wonder if African-Americans can grow mullets? Doc and Son Gooden have many of the tendencies you mention...

I'd say it is Todd Wellemeyer time.

I don't know who the heck is running the radar gun there at Wrigley... but half the time, according to them, Jerome Williams is throwing in the mid-to-high 30s.

Umm... actually, no. I'd like to see this team win every once in a blue moon.

If I was in the mulletary, I'd be nervous that the Indians are now only 7 games back and 5 games behind in the win column.

Hmm... and km are smaller units than mph. Is there another measurement system? Joules, maybe? :D

Hmmm... I wonder.....

If I were in the Mulletary, and became a POW, during which I had my head shaved... would I then become dishonorly discharged from the Mulletary, for lack of more-than-my-share of grease-infested hair?
