87 year old former major league manager Bobby Bragan managed a game today for the Ft. Worth Cats in the independent Central League, thus becoming the oldest person in history to manage a professional baseball game. He was ejected in the third inning after one of his players was ejected (he went out and asked why the player was ejected, the umpire said it was because the player said the umpire was calling a bad game, and Bragan said he agreed with the player).

I remember Bobby Bragan as the manager of the Braves back in the late 50's / early 60's. He was a very good manager. Nice to hear he's still alive and well.

If I recall, he was also the President of minor league baseball at one time.
